“ Hey Carl! Thanks for keeping in touch with me. I've been working a LOT of hours, about 140hrs in 2 weeks and finally have a chance to write you. :) So here it goes, March 4th we are launching our new menu, then the next week we do our hotel grand opening. It's called a "soft-opening."
